Post: The BadBoy:
As far as I know Royce has lost to 3 people, Harold Howard, Sakuraba and Yoshida. His draw being to Yoshida. So would that not make his record ?-3-1. Who is his other draw to?>
Draw Hidehiko Yoshida Draw PRIDE-Shockwave 2003
Draw Ken Shamrock Draw UFC 5-The Return of the Beast>
didn't he he get beat by wanderlei? or was that rickson?>
I don't see any of the gracies on wanderlei's record.>
Royce has been beaten by Saku(TKO), Howard (TKO) and Yoshida(KO,choke). The Yoshida loss was controversial. He was chocked unconscious by Wallid Ismael in a JJ only match(clock choke).>
So are his loses a result of the fact that BJJ has become so popular and renown that his element of surprise (for lack of a better term) is now gone, and opponents can now incorporate ground fighting into their arsenal?>
Howard- No He had to throw in the towel, because he was hurt, in the earlier match.
Sakuraba-Yes, Saku used Royces game against him and Sakuraba is very good none the less.
Yoshida- No, Yoshida had a choke and said Royce was unconscious, which he claims he was not.
Wallid Ismael-Does BJJ.>
