Oooooohh!!! Not a good look.
edit: So does Sakuraba get his loss wiped off the record?>

Part of me is suprised because he doesn't look like the typical "steroid monkey". But the other part of me isn't suprised at all because the Gracies will do whatever it takes to win.
Another thing....who's to say this was just a recent thing. Maybe he did it in the past during the beginning of the UFC. How many wins could be wiped off his record?>

In the begining of the UFC the only rules were no eye gouging, biting, fish hooking and scratching...I think groin shots were allowed though, ask Joeson.
Steroid use would not have contravened any rules.>

The only surprise to me is that more fighters aren't caught out. I would hazard a guess that steroid use is pretty much rampant in professional MMA.>
Post: zefff:
Yes especially as the generally accepted ruling body does not have power over the sport as a whole.>

I vividly remember this , good god that was painful.>

That would be my guess as well. I wouldn't be surprised to find that more than half of the fighters in the UFC use steriods. The UFC doesn't seem to have a very strict anti-drug policy.>
