yeah i bought the ebook from that site
i only began reading it but already came to some problems
first of you need to know wushu before you go to this book or something
since it says you need to do certan attacks and stances that are only described by name (riding stance, bow stance)
i want to ask about an exercise on page 59
the "Twin Lock" exercise (SHUANG SUO GONG)
i don't understand it, says here "Both arms collide like straw cutters. The exercise is very simple, both forearms are trained by mutual knocks."
this is the only thing it says on how to do it
heres a picture of it:

it should mean you strainghten your arms by hitting all parts of the forearms together right?>
