Orginal Post: taekwondoin: I had a Tai Chi course for 3 months. I learnd the Cheng Man Ching form, so Yang style. I was really impressed of the effect of Tai Chi on my training. And I thought about doing some Tai Chi practice for my own like standing or something like that. It is quite interesting but I would like to ask if you could give me some other tips or exercises.
Just that you don't misunderstand I don't want to be the ultimate Chi masteror something like that. I will look for a Tai Chi club in four months or so. So I just want to get some new impressions of that thread....

If you?re going to join a Taiji club in a few months then I would suggest practicing the form you learned. Just try and do it once or twice a week to keep it fresh. This will also help you build a bit of a Taiji foundation to work from once you join a Taiji club/class/school.
If you like Taiji but are not interested in forms then I recommend looking into some Chigong.>
