Orginal Post: DragonEmperor: I understand this has been posted before. That conversation however, seemed to turn into a flame war. Thus, I will not comment on which is better between the many methods of asian swordmaking, fighting styles, etc.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. That's cool with me, because I have no personal bias.
So then, here's the question. Does anyone, anywhere on this site, have any sort of videos as to how this huge blade is used? I mean forms, practical application, anything. It's mostly for reasearch, by the way.

Howdy....actually, I know of a master in Dallas that is pretty good with that and is world reknowned, Grandmaster Kwong Ming Lee, otherwise known to us as "Johnny." He is a master in mizhong lost track, Ba Gua, and Wu style (Shaghai branch) tai chi for over 50 years. I do know he has practiced and demonstrated that sword technique before. As with any Chinese sword, one must be careful that the feedback you get is for traditional style application and form, not the modern wushu versions (just my opinion, and comes from your request to learn the real applications....correct me if I am wrong, Please!).
Also, I can ask around with my long-time sources in the art and see if I can find other experts. By the way, the website for the above is at www.leeswhiteleopardkungfu.com.
Hope this helps....Hsieh-Hsieh!>
