No it doesn't make sense. You should have to get a permit/license to carry a stun gun just like a regular gun or pepper spray. You should also have to deal with background checks and waiting periods. But that's just my opinion.>

I was just kidding anyway. I think that we should disregard all carrying laws. Background checks and liscenses should be required of course, but if I want to carry a large knife I should be able too, and there's almost no chance of injuring a bystander with a knife. Not to say anything negative about stun guns, but I like having the capacity for lethality if I need it.>
