Post: BLACK PANTA:

he's the Tony Little of martial arts. LMAO,

One thing you've gotta love about these guys is that their classes attracts a lot of hot chicks.>

Post: BLACK PANTA:

btw scott, you're taking this shit to a whole new level...you've gotta get out of my head. Just last night, around this time, i was looking at a video store flyer and I saw they had a sale on DVD and i found it odd that there was a DVD called Budokan. I wondered about it, for a while then determined it had to be bullshit. Now you post about it..you, YOU of all people.>

The word Bu-do-kon translates directly in Japanese as Warrior (Bu) Way (Do) Spirit (Kon) or ?Way of the Spiritual Warrior?

I thought his use of the syllable "kon" was somewhat ironic...

I also see he calls himself "kancho". This always makes me laugh. While it is technically correct Japanese, it's not a title you see used in Japan very much these days, since the word "kancho" also means "enema".>

Can you elaborate? I don't know Japanese or any Japanese terms. What does "kancho" mean in this case? Why do you feel his use of the syllable "kon" to be ironic?>

/sigh
Couldn?t find anything about lineage.>

"Kon" sounds a lot like "con", don't ya think?

And "kancho", in this sense, means something like the head of a club or association. It is written using different kanji to "enema", but the pronunciation is exactly the same.>

Post: opariser1001:

In one of their articles I found this statement:

"We focused on Brazilian jujitsu defensive moves for our all-female class that day, prowling across the wood floors on all fours like stalking animals ready to pounce. Barclay said this form of martial art is especially powerful for women because of our low center of gravity."

the BJJ being especially powerful for women because of their low center of gravity? does that make sense? sounds like bullshit to me>

Post: samurai6string:

well, I don't know where they are trying to go with that but, having a lower center of gravity does make it easier to throw someone. Obviously that is only one of many factors so I don't know why they point it out specificaly. Unless they are just stupid or something, that's always an option.

BTW, that passage sounded like it was lifted from a soft core porn novel. "as we prowled around the wooden floors on all fours like stalking animals ready to pounce....." I feel dirty....>

Post: dscott:

Sounds like they were taking advantage of the women to me. Sounds like they just wanted them crawling around on all fours.>

AAAAAAAhahahahahahaha, you're such a old man....lmao...>

Post: nbotary:

Panta - I'm surprised that you didn't pick up on my use of the word "knob", espccially since you're Canadian and all!!! I know for a fact you would've said something if I used the word "hoser"!!! >

Post: Gangsta_Nerd:

NBotary,

Allow me to break it down to you, homie.

Dub_B (Samurai6String) made a reference to the clip, that DScott posted, as being a softcore porn. DScott made a reference to the clip, stating that the McDojo cat's seemed to be taking advantage of the women in their classes by making them "CRAWL" on all fours.

There is a certain producer / DJ in the hip-hop industry named "Lil John." Lil John, along with his associates, "The East Side Boyz," created a hip-hop song called "Get Low," in the "crunk" genre, which, unedited lyrics are as follows:

TO THE WINDOWS, TO THE WALLS
TILL THE SWEAT DRIP DOWN MY BALLS
TO ALL THESE BITCH'S CRAWL

AWWWW SKEET SKEET MOTHER FUCKA'
AWWWW SKEET SKEET, GOT DAMN

Basically, the song is about seeing a fine ass chick at the club, shake her ass, getting turned on by it & fantasizing about taking her home, fuckin' her and "bustin' a nut" all over her.

Get it :?:

AWWW SKEET SKEET (AWWWW - *What you scream out* SKEET - *What "cum's" out*)

that's prob why I didn't pick up on it, I do hear it soo much, I didn't know y'all don't use that term very often.....knob, i live in Canada and still dont exactly konw what it is. or a hoser.>

Post: samurai6string:

GN> what makes this so funny is how I know the lyrics. I go to this little dive of a bar in the next town over becuase my friend just recently started seeing a girl who bartends there. (gotta love cheap drinks) It isn't the kind of bar I would normally go to, it's redneck as hell, the name is "Cactus Joe's" for pete's sake. Every Thursday the have a DJ come in for kareoke <sp?> and he plays random songs in between the kareoke songs. One of them is the "skeet skeet" song. And all the old bikers and rednecks sing along! at least to the "sweat drip down my balls" verse. It's pretty funny. You'll hear Hank Sr. and Jr., Molly Hatchet, Skynard, Motorhead, then Lil John.>

Post: nbotary:

GN - Thanks for clearing that up for me.

Samurai - Dude, I can see it now... (que wavy lines and bad disco music... )

The scene opens with a bunch of rowdy bikers and rednecks singing along to Motorhead's "Ace of Spades" when out of nowhere, a lone scratch from the DJ signals the beginning of a song about to be mixed with Jay-Z...

"The ace of spades, the ace of spades! - *scratch* - can I get a what-what... "  >

Post: samurai6string:

Oh my God dude, lol. It's tradition for one of my friends to kareoke Ace of Spades! ROTFLMAO!! It's so hilarious, he is about 130 soaking wet and he pulls out this deep ass man scream from his anus.
I'm more to the tune of Kentucky Rain or some Iron Maiden after a few bourbons. :)>
