Orginal Post: GrappleToWin: k so i broke my foot during a lacrosse game one of the small bones on the top right by my toes... does any one know anything that can help me strenghten my ankle area(were it broke so foot) besides the obvious exercises so i have a wider range incase the ones i no hurt too much(not being a pussy just hurts lol)... cuz i wanna start training hard again but with my foot weak after the break i dunno how hard i can push and if im gonna push at all i wanna at least be strengthing that area as to avoid another break

Post: bamboo:

I would stick with the "obvious" exercises and wait for the proper heal. Its just not worth rushing it.

Post: Gazelle:

I agree with bamboo. Rushing could do you more harm then good at the moment.>

Post: GrappleToWin:

obviously i didnt mean like this week i was talkin in 3-4weeks but still just stick to the obvious? and i offically suck at walking with crutchs lol>

Post: zefff:

make that 6-8 weeks to be safe. You can still work your upperbody though while it heals. Last thing you want is an injury for life.>

Post: Gazelle:

Just do what you think, you know your body best, start with lighter, and be a bit careful at first to get your footing (no pun intended).>

Post: GrappleToWin:
