It's a parody. He is a Judo guy, but Judo is a separate sport with seperate emphasis, so he calls what he does Jiu-jitsu and gave it the Dragon Ball Z thing to be unique.

When I first saw CN fight, he claimed can-ryu jiujitsu. As practiced in the major mcdojos, its crap. In the smaller clubs, like the ones still run by george sylvain or the hiscoes, its a great ground and standup system.>
