Orginal Post: BullzEye: this is kinda only for the poll, but I am kind of a coffee fanatic and dont think i can give it up. I was just wondering will this have any negative effects towards my training? if so could you possibly expand on the negative effects. Thanks in advance.

Ordinary coffee has caffeine, which is a brain irritant & diuretic. Other flavonoids in the coffee also produce similar brain irritant effects, so decaffeinated coffee can be just as bad.>

unless the coffee is in a spill proof cup, be careful you will spill it and possibly get burned.>

If you're a coffee fanatic, I recommend detoxifying the body at least once a month, and drinking herbal tea instead, whenever possible. It's healthier, and still contains a little caffiene.>
