Interesting read.
Do any of you guys train daily?
If so what does your typical routine look like?
Thanks
Umy

My training schedule has changed drastically over the last year. Its gone up to another level because I thought I would be turning pro. But everytime I get a fight set up something happens to stop me fighting. Maybe Its a sign i shouldn'e be doing it?
But on a light week I will do some cardio every morning monday to friday, Ma training Tuesday, Thursday and maybe monday. Hit the gymMonday, wednesday and friday. Nothing on weekends. Just chill out and relax.>

damn! I wish my woman would let me train everyday! :(>

I know, was great when we lived 100miles apart. I was in the best shape of my life training 4 hours a day mon-fri. now its a struggle to sneak in a few chinups, pushups and dips....just call me Mr romantic
My week goes like this: Tues/Thurs/Sat - MA training. Mon/Wed/Fri - sneaky reps at home
Its hard when the woman you love actually hates exercise so much that the thought of anyone actually doing any in the same house is enough to make her spark up another fag out of spite.>

Phew! Fag means something far different in the US.
For a second there I thought your girlfriend hated exercise so much, the sight of it would cause her to burn a homosexual alive.>

I was going to say something to the same effect, but I figured I harass zefff enough about the language barrier >

can I say I hate fags on here or should I register with combat18? >

The mon/wed/fri - tue/thur split is very common, probably the easiest also, in sofar as it gives you your weekend free. Makes for long days throughout the week though, work all day, workout at night. Not enough time in the day!>
Post: zefff:
damn right! must admit I love 5 days a week. Its long days going after work but I was living and breathing MA 24/7 and the weekends were free to chill.>
Post: Umy:
what did you guys do calisthenics wise 5 days a week? didnt you burn yourselves out??>
Post: The BadBoy:
Tell me about it. come Sat I'm all beat up and sore and aint up to doing much other than sit on my ass and chill out.>

We alternated between hard, fast attribute development days and soft skill based days so it wasnt all out nonstop, although it was all out mental work, which I love. Constantly thinking, reading, dreaming, doodling, testing and debating MA. Nothing quite like an obsession. :D
edit: funnything is at weekends Id meet up with the missus and have to uphold my rep so no rest for me. I was fooked!...to much info?>
Post: Umy:
nah its cool :P
Its just that Ive been experimenting with pav's theories lately and incorporating them into daily training (including fureys royal court), meaning I dont get sore, and im still not half bad considering ive been fasting all month >
Post: zefff:
whats 'fureys royal court'?>

i don't do cardio every day, it is detrimental. If your body does not have time to heal, it will not grow stronger. Even when I do cardio, I plan it around my other training for the week, and I try not to do cardio on weight days, unless it is first thing in the morning and I have an easy day ahead of me.
I do try to get a light stretch every second day, only for 15 min though. Again, there is no benefit to long stretching sessions, or stretching every day.>
