Hand excercises: strength training for your hands?

Increase your wrist and forarm strength. Do wrist curls, wrist rolls(w/stick, rope and weight), outer dumbell kettle toss, reverse curls, dumbell hammer curls. Of course moving heavy weight as in dead lift is the best. If you can hold onto 300 lb for 8 reps, you have a helluva grip 8)>

that is a good basic program King, and it will give you good gains if you are a beginner.
I never checked the author, but there are a few mis-defined terms here, enough to make me suspect the author and his credentials, though he could just be old-school, as some of it is out dated data. Still no reason not to use the program, it is still solid.>
