I was just wondering how long you could wait before seeing some changes in your physic when starting a daily training? Probably you will ask me how long I train and what I do so here it is:
50 situps (20-20-10)
50 weight lifting (20-20-10)
50 quads (20-20-10)
10 minute stretching
any suggestions to help me improve my training is welcome. I am looking forward to increase my strenght, reflexes, speed and jumping

Add cardio and lots of it. Stretch more. Try to expand the lifting techniques you use.
Time is different for everyone, but after the first week or two you should start to feel a little different, if you are asking about fat/weight loss, that takes time period. If it was easy, no one would be fat.
