Hi guys, one of my major problem in my training is that I weight too much. Is there a godd way to loose weight without having to do cardio things and keep my regular diet (the thing about cardio is that it's all snowy outside, so I can't really go jogging).

Change your diet and jump rope (indoor cardio).
You are asking to swim without getting wet - it's silly.

maybe it's silly, but I don't have the choice. Well...not until the summer comes^^

Skip, run indoors, swim, bike indoors, rowing machine, shadowbox, jog up stairs, bagwork, sparring.
Wear a sweater/jumper while doing them to really make you sweat.

You can't change your diet? Do you live in a forced labor camp? And don't say 'dorm food' because I'm in college too and its definately harder to eat healthy but its do-able.
