Orginal Post: Fight_or_TaP: Today:

Footwork drills, Mostly: Changing the angle, Slipping, and avoiding a takedown.
Practiced Takedowns, including throws, Trips, and shoots.
Spent some time practicing the Sprawl.
Allot of form work, used a mirror to check my form.
30 minutes or Bag work.
Weights: Upperbody.
Walked 5 miles.
Jogged about 2.
Focus Mitts, Elbows, and punches.
200 weighted sit-ups, on one of those silly ab ball things.

Not that great a training day, but Thats how it went more or less. Allot of my work has been to check my form, I felt that I was really getting to sloppy. Waiting for my Submission trainer to heal up so I can practice my Leg Submissions. So mostly Standing work this month.

Post: Fight_or_TaP:

Ok so Sunday, I went rock climbing, hiking, and just generally messing around. So I didn't really train. I haven't updated due to work and all that great stuff. Mostly though I've been working on taking people to the ground, and striking. I may be fighting a Kung Fu Blackbelt soon, since he's a striker I plan to get him on the ground. He has hardly any ground training. So that should work to my advantage. I really want to at least go one round striking though. Then again, he could be better then I 'am there. Either way thats mainly what I've been working on lately, Takedowns and chokes. Spent some time with weight training, and kicking drills. Today I just spent relaxing, I trained for about 3 and a half hours yesterday. Tomorrow I plan on working on my kickboxing and doing weights.>

Post: Fight_or_TaP:

OK, I have very little time to update, but here goes. I've now been focused on my Kickboxing, I really want to trade strikes with this guy. So I've been working the Heavy bag, Mitts, Sparring, And shadowboxing allot. Also running my kickboxing with my Submission wrestling stuff.>
