Orginal Post: Mayonnaise: I typed on google but got tons of "buy our product adds" but im wondering if anyone has some own personal diet plans, like a weekly plan of foods to eat for mouring breakfast lunch dinner to lessen amount of fat intake. I weigh 180lbs and the multiplying calorie thing never seems to work for me too well so if you have any examples or plans that would be great

When I need to lose some weight I usually just stick to the general rule of thumb that after 6pm I will eat no carbs or sometimes even not eat anything after 6pm unless I have a training session to go to.

I will do HIIT in the morning before I have ate anything. For HIIT look here.

Eat clean foods from the list above.
Eat till your no longer hungry, not till your full.
Eat 5 meals a day. (Even that apple you had is a meal).
e.g.8am Breakfast,
10am Snack (Fruit or something)
12 pm Lunch
3pm Snack
6pm Dinner
9pm Post workout meal containing some carbs and protien.

Never go more than 3 hours without eating during the day.

Have most of your carbs with breakfast and practically none later in the day. Unless you've been in the gym or something.>

Thanks a bunch that helps alot, my idea of a diet was as little possible food to get you through the day without hurting your stomache>

You have to eat to lose weight Mayo. If you don't eat, your body will go into starvation mode, and it will scavange and store everything that you do eat!
If you are eating to lose weight, eat your biggest meals in the a.m., your smallest meals in the p.m. 5 to 6 small meals per day. 1.5 - 2 grams protein per lb bodyweight. Take your carbs down to about 2.5 - 3 g per lb. If you are still not losing weight, either step up the intensity of your workouts, or lower your carb intake another .5 g.
Do your cardio first thing in the morning, this is when it is most effective and you will burn the most fuel.
There are some nice thermogenics out there now also. They step up your metabolism so your body burns more fuel at rest. Worth a look.>
