alright bro, first thing is to realize thats just how your body works. Unless it looks unhealthy (if it does see a doctor) or hurts your fine. What is it exactly your eating? just alot of junk or "healthy" stuff? Just get in lots of protein and vitamins, and healthy calories. And how old are you? cause if your under 17 your gonna have to be patient, all the big name body builders are in their late 20's and 30's for example. Next you need to research a good weight trainin program, for power lifting (which is what I do) look up "westside" training or Metal Militia. Power lifting will get you mass and strength.
As for losing weight, stop thinkin of it as weight and more as fat stores, cause thats what your lookin to do and the scale will screw your head up. Anyway check out "high intensity interval training" thats good stuff, and should definatley help with the pudge face thing. And your body gets used to physical activity after about 8 weeks, so you need to vary your routines to jump start your progress every now and then. That can be as simple as changin the order or days you do diffrent body parts. Just ask if you got more questions! godd luck.>

Basically, say you do 20 minutes of cardio, could be either on a treadmill, ellyptical machine, or stationary bike just for example. Youd do like 2 minutes at a jog pace and then 45 seconds at a sprint then 30 seconds at a jog and then 1 minute at a sprint. Basically your goal in doing this is to keep your body constantly using fat stores for energy, if you do a straight jog your body gets used to it and starts holding fat after a certain period of time. What doin this interval thing does in theory ( it works for me great) is it keeps your body "guessing" and doesnt give it a chance to get used to a standard pace and thus continually burns fat stores. randomly pick your intervals each cardio session. but I suggest no more than 2 minutes max for a jog and 1.5 minute sprint.
Even if you dont wanna be a bodybuilder, its still a good idea to look at what they do, cause they know how to put on muscle and lose fat, remember you can always stop puttin on muscle and maintain.
Think about it this way, if you wanna be rich, do what rich people do and not what poor people do.>
