I still need to lose about 6-7 pounds to compete in the weight class that I want, but like I said I only have a week and a half. What would be the best way for me to drop this weight in such a short time? I would just sweat it off before weigh ins, but I have to go in early before the fight because I have work the night when weigh-ins take place so that is not an option. Thx in advance.

Eat decent Brunchs and light early dinners the rest of the week. That should do it.
