my friend invited me to go to his kickboxing gym to train and spar with some guys... but before i start doing that i would like to tighten up and drop some pounds.
im 16 years old in the 6'3"-6'4" range and weigh about 210 pounds.
i work out everyday and my work out contains weightlifting, running, and bikeing.

At 16, you really do not need anything but a clean diet. You should have super high test levels which should make it easy to do whatever you want with your body. Keep in mind, your growth plates and endocrine (spelled wrong, I know, I just got off work) system aren't finished yet and wont be until 23 (generally). If you are insistant on supps, whey or casein protein powder and creatine at the most. Dont use anything else.
Doing mma by itself will drop most of your extra weight off, especially if your live grappling alot.>

Here here. There is a lot you can do without supplements. If you are going to get really physically active a re-examination of your eating habits is essential. Look at not only what you eat, but when and how much as well. Eating six small meals a day, spaced out every three hours or so, is ideal. Also eating about an hour before and directly after your training would be smart.
If you are set on spending some cash at your local GNC then you should first forget it because GNC is a rip-off and instead you should order off the net or at a local grocery store. The only products I would recommend for your age would be protein supplements like shakes or protein bars. Realistically though you can get all of the protein you need from lean meat, fish, eggs, milk, legumes (beans, soy, etc), and nuts. Unless you are doing heavy strength training and want to put on a lot of bulk you probably don't need the protein supplements. However, it is handy to be able to slam down a shake right after your workout, and if you blend a bit of ice cream and a banana into a chocolate protein shake it is sooo good.
If you want advice on your diet post what and what times you eat throughout a day.>
