Basic Punch Defense Against a Street Brawler

Basic Punch Defense Against a Street Brawler

You've seen the professional boxers defend punches, but do you need to learn the same complicated moves?

90% of people are right handed, so in a street fight there is a high possibility that you will be facing wild right hands that are dangerous if you don't know basic punch defense against a street brawler.

Luckily, you don't have to learn complicated boxing moves to defend yourself. In this video, I (Matt) will show you how to use a simple jiu-jitsu technique, that not only allows you to defend yourself against punches, but will also put you in the position of attack where you can quickly TAKE CHARGE and remove the threat.

Your attacker won't know what hit him! This is total SHOCK and AWE.

The beauty of this technique lies in it's simplicity. It will work against a range of punches, right handed or left handed, it doesn't really matter. It's simple to learn, and with a bit of practice it will soon become second nature and a devastating weapon that you can call upon in a seconds notice.

It works by moving your body into your opponents range using your outstretched arm as a lead. Once you do this, not only do you avoid the punch altogether, but you also put yourself in a nice position to throw an elbow strike to the temple.

If you get this move right then one thing is for sure...your opponent is in serious trouble and he won't know what day of the week it is. Ouch!!
