For the Star Reach, stand tall on one leg as you extend the other out toward the side. Keeping your arms parallel, hold the small medicine ball in one hand and reach that hand to tap the ground. For the Peeled Push-Up, keep one hand on the medicine ball underneath the shoulder. Inhale, flexing the left elbow to extend out straight as you roll the ball up your arm. Exhale as you draw the ball back. In the Spider Triceps, start as if you were doing a right side plank with the ball between your legs, but keep your weight on your left foot and tap your right ankle to the floor as you lift your left hip up. Don't drop the ball, and keep your left arm extended upward as you keep your weight on your right elbow. For the Heel-Dig Squat, keep one leg extended on top of the ball and your arms straight up by your ears. Squat your left leg to a 90-degree angle as you bring your arms straight in front of you, still toned and tight. In the Toe Touch, sit balanced on your tail bone with your legs pulled into your chest. With the medicine ball in one hand, reach your arms and legs out to 45-degree angles at the same time, pressing the ball into the shin. For the final move, the Hover Lunge, use a chair back to help you balance as you pinch the ball behind your right knee in a 90-degree angle in front of you. Squat with your left leg as you push the ball and your right leg behind you. Use these medicine ball exercises as a toning workout! With these moves, you will see tighter, more toned muscles.
