Today was supposed to be my rest day, but I had a pretty lousy day. There were a couple things that happened that just pissed me right off. So, to ease some tension, and relieve a little stress, I decided to hit the weights.
There really is no logical order or sequence to my workout, I just did whatever I felt like, and went hard. I had already hit each muscle group once this week, which is my normal load, so anything was fair game. Watch as I stack some 45s and relieve some stress! I will post my exercises/sets/reps too, for those who care.
Bench Press- 3 sets of 5, 1 set to failure with 225
Weighted Dips- 5 sets of 6 reps
Bent Over Barbell Rows- 3 sets of 5 reps
Clean and Press- 2 sets of 5 reps
One arm DB rows- 2 sets of 10 reps
Tri-Set: Pull-ups, Dips, Close Grip Push-ups
Perform 10 reps of each exercise then take 10 slow deep breaths
Perform 8 reps of each exercise then take 10 slow deep breaths
Perform 6 reps of each exercise then take 10 slow deep breaths
Perform 4 reps of each exercise then take 10 slow deep breaths
Perform 2 reps of each exercise then you're DONE!
