| You're watching HowToKravMaga (On the bottom I add a few notes to clear up some points in the move) Situation: The attacker approaches you from behind and puts you in a rear naked choke. Description: • Immediately pull down on the attackers choking arm, in order to loosen the choke. • Simultaneously lower your center of mass and widen your stance in order to gain stability. • As you're lowering your body, lean forward continuing the attackers forward momentum, and violently throw the attacker over your shoulder. • When the attacker lands on the ground in front of you, if needed, finish the fight with two strikes to the facial area. • You can either pin him down, or run for help. Remember this move is for defensive purposes only. Do not attempt this move unless you're properly trained, or have proper supervision. Only Practice this on matted or soft surfaces (This is a very painful move) NOTES: *This move is meant for use on people that are roughly your body weight. The attacker being thrown in the video is 15lbs heavier than the guy throwing. *This is move is meant to be used on a standard attacker, we obviously realize that a trained martial artist can hook his legs around you therefore negating the throw. *Please only try this on matted surfaces, this throw is extremely powerful and very dangerous.
