Just me a 16 years old boy who has been training in SanShou at Hong Kong Yau Tong for nearly one year. I also wish to discuss about the philisophical part of Martial Arts with everyone here. Mostly are the ones I have learned from Bruce Lee. "You opponent is yourself so you train with yourself" "My kicking sucks I have to admit, my wrestling is number one, punching number two and kicking number three. Well I have to make it equal right? Because to aim perfection one must train every part of thier body and not just practice 10,000 kicks blindly 10,000 times. Thank you very much. Here is my idea "All sort of fighting should come naturally without you having to think about how to do it, so I'm just trying to see how my body goes; I'm just trying to observe my body you know. Do you think that is the right way to do? Please give me your opinion. So basically you are trying hard without having to waste your energy. It should all go by itself, naturalness right? What is naturalness? Total unnaturalness, is naturalness. That does not mean becoming a mechanical man rather it is so that you forget everything that's unnatural. Forget your mind and feel it. Because the ultimate aim of combat is to be in harmony with the Universe right? So if you have to think of first, one, you are still the cause of duality. Martial Arts is like expressing without the need of words."
