In this Deadlift video you can see me working towards an easy 451lb Deadlift (205kg)... which is over 2.7 times my body-weight. If you're not familiar with me, before I started lifting weights several years ago, I was so weak, I couldn't do a single pushup and even lost at armwrestling to a girl. I never did any kind of sports in my life and was born with what some people would call lousy "hardgainer" genetics (my thumb actually overlaps my middlefinger when I grab my wrists, which means I'm not built to be big and strong). I used to be so out of shape, that when I Squatted for the first time, I ended up puking from working towards a ridiculously weak 135lb. I also got diagnosed with scoliosis years ago and used to have a lot of lower back pain (especially when standing for long periods, I always had to sit down after a while). And yet here you can see me doing an easy Deadlift with over 2.7x my own body-weight. I also gained 43lb of mostly muscle in the process of increasing my Deadlift, while burning my stubborn belly fat once and for all, without ever using drugs, and while eliminating my chronic lower back pain.
