Got a question - this is where to ask me: EricWongMMA In today's video I share some general principles about using the Olympic lifts and how to properly integrate them into your workout program. In general, the more technical the lift, the lower the # of reps you perform. For example, the full Squat Snatch is the most technical of the lifts, so I would generally stick to 2-3 reps when working it. For a Hang Power Clean, it's less technical, I'd go right up to 6-8 reps max. Remember - these are just general guidelines, you have to train according to your goals, but if you're interested in developing strength and power like an Olympic Weightlifter, these guidelines will serve you well. olympic lifts
