In this video, Jesus Medina, founder of K.O. Method, demonstrates a little unconventional Double Ended Bag Training 101. This video explains the importance of training with a mouthpiece in order to familiarize yourself with the exertion created by clinching down on a mouthpiece so that you don't "gas-out" quickly or sooner than expected. This is what we call "MPS" Training (or Mouth Piece Systems Training). It also demonstrates how you can have a high output in volume of punches and not "gas-out" through "MPS" Training.
