A fraction of my kickboxing drills before we start sparring/hitting the bags. This dril (specially the quarter squat) is the one that breaks a newbie in the class. If he/she survives the quarter squat, we usually see him/her back in the next class. If he can't finish, typically that's the end because it will get tougher from here. There was this one day when we did 1000 squats and 200 burpees in one day (with minimum rest). In this one, I cheated of course since I don't have my coach to yell at me for taking any break I take. So I did the wod style on this one: 3 round of 2*25 full squats 2*25 quarter squats 10 narrow grip pull ups (not in the video) 30 push ups for total of 300 squats (alternating full & quarter), 90 push ups, and 30 narrow grip pull ups. kickboxing drills Muay Thai Kickboxing Fight Training
