I didn't have pictures of my leg cause I don't have too much definition yet, I was focusing on gaining size and getting rid of my super skinny legs which I achieved.

Bench press couldn't lift the bar by itself for 10 reps, needed help from rep 6
Now I can bench 225 for 3 reps
Pull ups 3 reps with no weight
No I can do 25 with weight and using only my finger tips
Gained 2.5 inched on my arms
6 inches on my chest
6 inches on my legs
20 push ups
Now I can 45 pushups in less than 40 sec
5 dips max no weight now I can do 100 pounds for 3 reps
Squats couldn't do anything more than 100 pounds for 15 reps, now I can do 225 for 2o reps (smith machine)
Biceps curls 15 pounds for 8 reps now I can 40 pounds for 8 reps
With bar 25 pounds for 10 reps now 80 pounds for 6 reps
