This is an advanced kettle bell workout circuit consisting of; - Double Snatches - Push Press - Squats - Clean to Press 10 repetitions each, with 30 seconds of jump rope in between each set as an act of recovery. Do this 3 times total, with no rest in between, the rest is jump rope for 30 seconds. PLEASE keep in mind that this IS a more advanced routine that requires lots of strength, stamina, and discipline. You must keep proper form throughout the whole circuit. (Please watch our Proper Form and Beginner Routines videos for more info).
