AndyBoltonStrength Hey, it's Andy Bolton here. In this video you will see my Squat and Deadlift Training from Wednesday 8th Febuary 2012 at Rall's Gym, Leeds, England. The workout started with Squats. I warmed up and then worked up to 340kg for a single just in belt and wraps. I belt and old knee wraps. Come competition time I will be wearing the suit with the straps up, briefs underneath and old knee wraps put on tightly. After Squats I did Deadlifts. Here I warmed up with 317kg/700lbs and then worked up to 375kg (825lbs) for a triple. All sets were fast and explosive. The workout finished with assistance exercises for my Lats and Upper Back. I did 3 to 4 sets of 8 to 10 reps of Hammer Strength Rows, V-Bar PullDowns and Straight Arm Pull Downs. deadlift training
